Your past 12 months of e-Statements will be unavailable for download after April 19th and will not transfer to the CenterState system

We highly encourage you to take a few minutes to download your past 12 months of e-statements saving them to your computer prior to April 19th when Jefferson is converted to the CenterState system.


 Online Banking System Requirements

Effective May 21, 2017 if you are using Microsoft Windows XP ®, Windows Vista® or Internet Explorer® (IE) 6 or 8 you will no longer have access capabilities to our online banking systems as those applications are no longer supported by Microsoft.   Please visit your preferred provider’s website to update to a supported version of Microsoft and/or Internet Explorer. Please visit our Systems Requirement page to download the latest versions.

Protect yourself by establishing alerts to monitor your account activity.

Jefferson Bank offers free alerts via online banking to alert you of account activity

Alerts can help you safeguard your bank account(s) and can be sent to you via email or text message to your mobile phone instantly based on the criteria of your choosing.  The service is free with an online banking account and only takes a few minutes to set up.

Set alerts on the account activities most important to you:

  • Balance alerts help you track how much money is in your account
  • Debit and deposit alerts notify you when your specified withdrawal/debit amounts are exceeded
    or when your specified deposit amounts are made
  • Security alerts notify you of important changes to your 
  • Bill payment alerts keep you up to date on your transactions
  • Debit Card alerts you of transactions with fraud risks such as specified by you, large transactions
    or transaction activity when the card is not present, international, out of state transactions or
    declined transactions.

 To sign up for alerts, log on to online banking. Under the “Customer Service Menu”, select “Manage My Alerts”.*
